I have over 9 years experience selling real estate. I feel if you are going to help someone with any purchase, whether that is their forever home, an investment home or a piece of land to build a home, you should have that experience yourself. Anyone can prepare paperwork and show you homes. What sets me apart from the rest is I have the experience to guide you. I own short term and long term rentals, own commercial property, I have purchased land to build homes, and I have flipped homes. I want my advice to come from experience and not just theory. I want to truly help and guide you into making the best real estate decision for you.
